The Sire is a metallic blue marble HM PK with a great overall balance bred by my friend Donny Adriaens from Belgium. His father was bred by Farian Suryana from the Netherlands going back to a pair from BT151208. The Dame was bred by Donny Adriaens and also has some relationship to my own lines. The Dame is a steel blue HM PK which is most likely blond based. Her finnage is really compact and balanced. 
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, broad dorsals and quality finnage in my iridescent HM PK line. The offspring (F1) will be metallic blue HM PKs which a chance of melano blacks popping up.

The Sire is also father of a spawn with my friends Donny Adriaens (Belgium) and James King (Czech Republic).

01/01/11: The pair spawned!
02/01/11: The fry has hatched!
04/01/11: Fry in the free-swimming stage. The Sire was removed. The fry is already feeding on newly hatched BBS.
10/02/11: The fry is now 8 weeks old.

18/03/11: The fry is now 11 weeks old. Here a blue marble:

05/06/11: The youngsters are now 22 weeks old. This spawn only gave me very few males. I kept one male with a lot of potential and few females.

26/08/11: One fish of this spawn were send to the Holland Betta Show 2011, the Netherlands and won a prize in his showclass:
