The Sire is intense yellow HMPK with a strong body with a smooth topline and balanced finnage. The caudal has a good 180 degree spread, long outer rays and sharp corners, the dorsal is has a nice volume with the front rays nicely directed forward, the anal fin has a good trapezoid shape with matching ventrals. The Dame is a intense yellow HMPK female with a strong body and good topline. The caudal is a bit rounded, with a nice parallel anal and matching ventrals. The dorsal has a nice volume althought the front rays ideally could be longer. 
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline, balanced finnage and intense yellow color. The offspring (F1) will be yellow HMPK.

10/05/18: The pair spawned.

11/05/18: The fry hatched. Looks like a big spawn!
13/05/18: The fry entered the free-swimming stage. Removed the male.
14/07/18: 9 weeks old. As expected all fry are cambodian based and yelloww. Moved and divided the fry over two grow-out tanks based on size together with spawn BT030518 (The reds in this picture are from the other spawn).

12/01/19: Potential breeder female at 36 weeks of age.
