The Sire is a large metallic turquoise HMPK which was bred by Jose Alberto Herrero Cachero from Spain. He has a big-sized D-shaped caudal (which ideally could have slightly sharper edges). The Dame is balanced steel blue HMPK from my own line.
With this outcross I hope to fix the strong bodies, smooth topline and balanced finnage. The offspring (F1) likely will be (metallic) royal blue fish with a chance of marble and red wash to pop up.

15/09/18: The pair spawned.
16/09/18: The fry hatched, seems like a small spawn of ~10 fry.
18/09/18: The fry entered the free-swimming stage. Removed the male.
22/09/18: The fry is now 6 days old and feeding well on vinegar eels and BBS.

17/03/19: Decided to keep three females from this spawn.
