The Sire is a Turquoise HMPK which was imported from Thailand. The dame is a steel blue HMPK with a good bodyshape, a smooth mouth-to-dorsal topline with nicely balanced finnage. 
With this cross I hope to fix the strong bodies, the smooth topline and the balanced finnage. The offspring (F1) likely will be royal blue HMPK with a chance of red wash and/or marble to pop up.

17/11/19: The fry hatched.
18/11/19: Removed the Sire, the fry has entered the free-swimming stage. This is a very small spawn of <10 fry.
17/01/20: This spawn only counts 5 fry which are all royal blue and now 9 weeks old.
