The Sire is a black HM PK with some red wash traces of iridescence. He is has a strong body and peduncle but with a horrible mouth-to-dorsal topline. The Dame is a red/black PK with some traces of iridescence. She has a a nice mouth-to-dorsal topline and 12-ray dorsal.
The offspring (F1) will be darkbodied fish. In case the male is carrying the cambodian gene some lightbodied fish might appear too. There is a chance of solid blacks as well as black/red bicolors to pop-up in this spawn with/without marbling.

17/07/10: The pair spawned!
18/07/10: The fry has hatched!
20/07/10: Fry in the free-swimming stage. The Sire was removed.
01/10/10: The fry is now 11 weeks old. Two fish are black and the others are darkbodied reds.
