The Sire is a full masked heterozygous steel blue (blbl +nm) HM PK with impressive finnage and strong, full body. The Dame is a spawn sister which is almost full masked metallic blue (blbl +nm or Blbl +nm) with a strong 180 degree spread and  balanced finnage.
The offspring (F2) can bring both metallic as non-metallic fish with a chance of silver coppers and/or blacks popping up.  The finnage will be HM PK with a possibility of DTs popping up.

17/10/07: Pair spawned. Looks like a nice amount of eggs in the nest (see left picture below).
18/10/07: The eggs hatched. Looks like a pretty big spawn. The youngsters are strongly hanging in the nest and the sire is taking excellent care of them (see right picture below).

20/10/07: Youngsters in free-swimming stage. Removed the Sire.

11/11/07: The fry is now about 4 weeks old and are developing nicely. It seems like the dorsals of these youngsters will be nicely broad........time will tell:

01/12/07: The fry is now 6,5 week old and beside blues there also seem to be some black fish. I'm also very happy to see some nice broad dorsals back:

28/12/07: The fry is now 10,5 weeks old. I have jarred the first males with a great potential:

14/07/08: Two fish from this spawn were send to the 1st NBC show in Dunkerque, France. Both of them won prices:
- 1st place Symmetrical show PK class
- 2nd place AOC female class + reserve Best of Show female (copper female from above)

12/10/08: Two fish from this spawn were send to the 11th EHBBC show in Duisburg, Germany. Both of them won prices:
1st place Solid color Female class + Best of Show Female (copper female from above)
2nd place AOC Symmetrical show PK class

09/02/09: One female from this spawn was send to the 12th EHBBC show in Hannover, Germany and won a price:
2nd place Solid color Female class (copper female from above)
