The Sire is a non-metallic steel blue HM PK with a nice strong body, D-shaped caudal and broad full dorsal. The anal has a nice shape and the ventrals have a good full volume. The Dame is a non-metallic steel blue mask HM PK with a very good bodyshape and a 12-ray dorsal. 
The offspring (F1) will be HM PK. The color of the fry will be steel blue (mask) with a chance of blacks (melano and/or black lace) popping up. Considering the background of both fish, there is a chance some fish will be marbles. There is a chance some DTPKs will pop-up.

23/04/10: The pair spawned! There are a lot of eggs in the nest!
24/04/10: About 10-20 fry seems to have hatched.
25/04/10: Fry in the free-swimming stage. The Sire was removed. The fry is immediatly feeding on newly hatched artemia/BBS.

13/06/10: The fry is now 7.5 weeks old and was transferred to a bigger grow-out:

11/09/10: Two HMPK males of this spawn were send to the Holland Betta Show 2010, the Netherlands. Two males won the following prizes in their showclass:
1st Halfmoon plakat male class - Unicolor darkbody
3rd Halfmoon plakat male class - AOC

03/11/10: Some youngsters now 28 weeks old:
